What You Need to Know About Me

​I’d like to tell you that I live and breathe Google Ads, but that’s not true. My family gets a higher priority. And truth be told, so does biking. A day I can’t get out and bike is disappointing. 

What I can tell you is that I’m hyper-focused on Google Ads. In addition to working hours each day on my various accounts, I spend hours more reading articles, viewing webinars, participating in forums related to PPC, and speaking to my Google reps. 

I first started out in SEO back in 2004 when I started Ad Hoc Marketing. I would design sites for clients, promising I would get them to rank. And I did. Yet, I also tried to be a jack of all trades, offering to help with social media and something called Google AdWords. 

Over time I realized that being a jack of all trades meant I was a master of none. I began to turn my attention exclusively to Google Ads. It turned out to be a good decision. Google As is complex and constantly changing. Even the name changed.  

I’ve made mistakes with campaigns, but I’ve learned from those mistakes. And I learned from what I did right. My work with you is based on practical experience. The problem with calling into Google is that their advice is based on training, not actually managing campaigns. In fact, they often have to look up the answers to any questions you might have.

When you work with me you can be assured that I’ll be doing all the work myself. I don’t outsource and I don’t pass it on to junior employee.​
