Part of all of my SEO packages is to provide clients with monthly reports. I've labeled these ranking reports, but this isn't entirely accurate. Rankings are not the only criteria for web site’s success and certainly not the best. The main criteria is an increase in a company’s business or brand exposure. Rankings, however, are a visible indicator of how well a SEO campaign is progressing. Another is the data provide by your site's analytics. How much traffic keywords have generated and how much traffic overall has increased.
My ranking reports also provide updates on link building campaigns and an assessment of any pay per click campaigns being utilized. I'll also offer suggestions on what other steps can be taken to improve the amount of traffic to your site.
