Founded in 2003 (first as S Squared Advertising), Ad Hoc Marketing provides full service search engine optimization (SEO) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for businesses throughout the United States.

 

My name is Scott Salwolke and I've been assisting businesses with their marketing for over 20 years. As a SEO consultant I've worked with companies, both large and small, to develop their success on the Internet.

 

Most of my experience is with words, having a journalistic background (I have a B.A. in Journalism from Creighton University) and was a freelance report for 10 years. I'm a published author and columnist, as well as a direct marketing writer. I've also developed web sites, giving me an understanding of what makes a site user friendly and which elements can hinder a sites success on the search engines.

 

I've worked with dozens of industries including real estate, health care, tourism and construction. No matter what the type of industry, my approach is the same. Analyze the product or service, study the market they're geared toward, and developed meaningful copy as a result of this.

 

I've been through the certification programs for both Google Adwords and Yahoo. I know how to develop ads that compel prospects to click on them, while eliminating those prospects that wouldn't be of value.

 

Although I'm based in Iowa, I have clients throughout the United States. As a SEO consultant I can work with your current web designer, your marketing staff, and or our IT department. I can also work in anonymity, if you’re an advertising agency or webmaster who needs SEO work for a client. This allows you to broaden the services you currently provide to clients.

SEO constantly changes. I keep up to date by reading and participating in forums and industry Blogs. Although the basics of SEO have remained constant over the years, their have been significant changes along the way. And even the way we view web sites has changed. A few years ago who would have thought we'd be viewing ESPN.com on our cell phone.

 

And I constantly review my client's sites to make sure the success we've had continues even as the search world changes.
