Dear Customer:
Looking for a contractor is not something to take lightly. There's not just the expense, but also the quality of the work and the time involved. This is especially true if you're having an existing business renovated. What's the point of expanding your business if you're going to inconvenience your customer in the process?
That's why you need a company you can have trust in. One like Conlon Construction. We have the experience to get the job done. We've been doing it for over a century.
My grandfather began the company in 1903. Richard Conlon had only a few tools and could only afford to hire a few men. In those days there wasn't any expensive advertising to let people know about your business. There was only word of mouth. Your name was everything. If you didn't do good work it didn't take long for people to know about it. Conlon became known for quality work.
Our greatest asset is the reputation our grandfather developed. We still believe hard work is the secret to our success. A century of experience doesn't mean anything, however, if you don't change with the times. To survive as long as we have we've learned to adapt. We learn the latest techniques and utilize latest equipment. We take away from each job experiences that prepare us to be even better on our next project.
Our success is evident in the number of retail stores we've worked on throughout the country. For the Target Stores alone, we've worked on 400 outlets in 37 states. In fact they've recognized our work by presenting us with an award for dependability, support and superior service. These are their words, not mine. Yet, I think they describe how each of our 200 employees approaches each job.
More importantly our success can be measured in the length of time we've worked with a number of businesses. We have relationships that go back 70 years. No matter how many companies come along, they still find we're the company to get things done in a timely manner.
Whether renovating an existing structure or designing and building a new one, Conlon Construction has the people to get the job done. And there will be a Conlon family member overseeing the project. Because our name is still important to us.
